Valérie Cioloș-Villemin is a seasoned and certified Mindfulness MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Trainer. She received her qualifications from the University of Massachusetts (UMASS Medical School), where the MBSR method was founded and recognized globally, and further achieved the highest level of certification from Brown University in 2022. She is notably the only certified MBSR Trainer by US institutions in Eastern and Southern Europe.

Valérie’s academic journey includes three French university degrees in life sciences, social-economic development, and economics, capped by a PhD on the restructuring of transition economies. Her professional background spans over a decade as a researcher and practitioner focusing on the evolution of socio-economic systems and the adaptation of economic actors to changing business environments. . She coordinated the AUF (Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie) office in the Republic of Moldova for 4 years.

For 25 years, Valérie has been integrating mindfulness techniques into her personal life, ensuring mental hygiene and fulfilling her duty as a trainer. She brings this extensive experience and deep personal practice to her work with groups and individuals, fostering self-awareness and mindful living.

Since she is free-lancer in 2017, Valérie has developed and implemented numerous training programs, collaborating with various multinational companies and organizations to promote mindfulness and mental well-being. She has trained more than 500 persons in MBSR. Her work is grounded in a scientific and evidence-based approach, ensuring effective and impactful outcomes for her clients.
