Oana is a Certified Trainer in Process Communication Model , a NeuroMindfulness Master Practitioner and Certified Career Coach with extensive experience in building, delivering and supervising training programs.
Her activities include both projects for the local and global corporate area, as well as for employee training and the individual development of professionals from all business segments.
She is an Executive MBA graduate , Maastricht School of Management with over 15 years in multinational organizations, accumulating extensive experience with people, by managing relationships with clients and business partners from the local and global environment, developed and maintained solid relationships through professionalism, efficient communication and empathy with thousands of clients from all business environments: mid corporate clients, international clients and multinationals.
Currently her focus goes to training and coaching, helping others to reach their potential, according to their values, dreams and potential.
