Madalina has over 15 years of international experience having worked in large governmental organizations in Canada at middle and top management positions. She has led large teams of over 50 people and she is strongly oriented towards performance and results. Madalina has more than 10 000 hours of counselling and mentoring in strategic communications and management and has successfully delivered more than 150 projects (internal and external communications, change management, public relations, performance management, strategic planning, etc.)
In 2021 she took a career shift deciding to focus on coaching and consulting with the intention of bringing to Romania the best management practices she has learned abroad. Her company is specialised in organizational transformation, change managament, internal communications and also offers custom-made leadership programs for clients in Romania and Canada.
