Lucia has extensive experience managing international programs and facilitating diverse target groups across borders, both online and offline.
In addition to her expertise, Lucia delivers training on decision-making, rational thinking, critical thinking, and project management. Naturally creative and proficient in digital tools, she leverages these skills for content creation and enhancing her efficiency.
To support her vision of changing the world one person at a time, Lucia founded her own educational programs company, Creative Desk, six years ago. At Creative Desk, she designs blended learning experiences for various target groups, including an online international personal development program launched during the pandemic.
