Filip Marinica Grando

Filip is a sales and training professional with over 16 years of business experience. From sales representative to sales performance manager  Filip experienced the challenges and rewards of the sales profession. 

In 2013 he started the salescoach.ro project offering an integrated approach to sales performance through strategy, operations, skill and execution. 

He holds a bachelor degree in International Business Administration and a second degree in Psychology  

Working for top telecom operators Filip was motivated to understand buying behaviors and mechanism as well as developing sales people competencies. Filip holds two international sales certifications from Achieveglobal and Imparta.

Filip managed the people and performance activities for Telekom Romania commercial business team. One of his projects with important impact was the sales performance projects for a team of over 120 sales representatives which  brought excess revenue of 75 million euro.

He was also in charge with target selling campaign management and mobile business development. 

He is the type of trainer that presents factual information and helps participants confront their fix limiting beliefs about what is possible and not possible. Filip si keen on understanding performance and the science behind human behaviours at work,
