Alice is certified in cultural and individual development methodologies, including Human Synergistics – LSI, OCI, and SDI. With over 9 years of experience in delivering training, learning, and development programs, she has proven her skillfulness in guiding complex development initiatives.
Alice specializes in developing comprehensive programs, such as the Upgrade program at E-mag, which received recognition for its innovative approach to retention and employer branding. She has also led cultural change initiatives for two major acquisitions, one of which centered around storytelling and was highly acclaimed as a Humanistic program.
