Alexandra is an accomplished Talent Development Expert, Senior Trainer and Transformational Coach specialized in leadership, leading self and personal development. With over 13 years of experience, she has designed and delivered highly effective development programs for leaders and teams in large corporations ranging from 4,500 to 18,000 employees.
She has a proven track record of successfully implementing cultural transformation initiatives, such as Mentorship programs, Learning Hackathons (involving over 200 participants designing their own learning products), Design Thinking workshops for fostering innovation, as well as leadership programs and team collaboration workshops based on Emergenetics and Insights methodologies.
