DESCRIPTION

Extensive leadership program that builds directly a learning experience to the leadership team, based on 3 layers : 

1. Role Clarity and Mindset – what is the right attitude to drive results in 2024? Is this attitude impacting the leader’s wellbeing? 

2. The second layer is about the leader’s most important skill set: communication & assertiveness  for performance: from pitching unpopular ideas,  to 1:1 difficult conversations and conflict management 

3.  Managing teams for results : from people to tasks, while managing performance, not tasks.

Anca Alexe

Anca has more than 15 years of experience in the field of management and human resources. After working as a HRD, she led a large number of transformation projects with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in France, Central and Eastern Europe as well as in other parts of the world. During her corporate life, Anca was acting as an HR & Communication Regional Director for several entities of Veolia Group in CEE and also as an Executive Director for support services. She was also vice-president of a corporate Foundation running CSR activities in Romania and nowadays she is leading a Social-Emotional Learning Program for the NGO AVE Romania. As a consultant and senior trainer she works with many private and public organizations in France and internationally, including various entities  in Romania, Guadeloupe, India, Egypt, Slovakia.
