Generational Leadership: Workshops

DESCRIPTION

How do I differentiate between the characteristics of a person and the characteristics of a generation?

Am I not generalizing?

How do I manage stressful situations and contexts between people of different ages?

How do I build a friendly atmosphere?

We will understand in the workshop if there really are generational differences, and if so, how should one act and think in order to create an environment in which everyone feels included? How to manage the differences in values, attitudes and working styles of members from different generations, creating an effective and inclusive work environment.

  • Role plays and simulations to provide participants with hands-on experiences.
  • Structured discussions and debates to explore effective leadership strategies.

*The only generational management course adapted to the account and generations of Romania, built with a sociologist, which can be brought as a guest

  • Development of communication and intergenerational acceptance skills and team relations management.
  • Promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment towards generational diversity by promoting mental flexibility
  • Improving leadership skills to meet the specific needs and expectations of each generation.
