Cognitive Agility: Workshops

DESCRIPTION

We start from Metacognition – that is, from the ability to think about our thinking, we tease it with different ideas and concepts and challenge it to become more flexible. Everything to make it easier to deal with situations of change that require agility and quick behaviour changes.

At the end of this masterclass, you will leave with 3 strategies to be more… adaptable, i.e. to gain time in the face of adversity.

  • Debates and discussions to train analytical skills
