Iulia has been working in HR since 2004. During this time, she has developed and implemented training programs for over 50 multinational companies. Her personal signature on the training programs she has designed and coordinated is unique, marked by creativity and the energy it brings to people.
Iulia is one of the few experts with a solid background in both group and individual psychology, holding a double major in Psychology and Sociology. She has successfully used her knowledge and skills to bring the scientific human dimension to the business world : what people want to do, can do, and need to do – and HOW they reach an exponential business potential.
In terms of results, under her leadership, Humanistic has experienced double-digit growth, year on year. She has absorbed and managed over 1 million euros in EU fundings for people development and entraprenour.. She also created various successful initiatives, 3 of them prized for the creativty they brought in the adult learning domain.
Before Humanistic, Iulia worked for companies in the IT&C, Telecom, and Banking sectors, holding positions such as manager, program manager, and senior consultant.
She is an investor in social businesses and is constantly seeking to increase her impact by creating meangfull work,
