DESCRIPTION

How did you choose your job? What about your life partner? 

The workshop starts from a series of experiments through which we try to understand the patterns we have at this moment in solving problems and taking decision.

The learning experience focuses on developing skills to analyze, critical thinking and evaluate options to help solve complex problems in diverse context through the development of lateral thinking. Day two will mainly cover the decision-making process, familiarizing participants with the science behind choices, but especially with the concept of acceptance in decision-making processes.

  • Practical exercises and simulations to provide opportunities to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.

  • How to problem solve: from linear solutions to creative solutions – lateral thinking development
  • Understand the science of choice : predictable, irrational and cognitive biases
  • Practice decision making models
  • Build your own model 
  • Become more aware of personal biases in decision-making and problem-solving and.
