DESCRIPTION

25 hours day, it’s not possible! But is desired. What is possible is to equip yourself with the tools and practices to manage yourself better to have more time and impact. 

Beyond the  time management training, there is the daily habits creation, in which the rituals are divided between: Brain management, setting of your mind, emotional management, relationship management and better decision taking in terms of task and results. One of the most complex trainings for managing tasks and growing your influence.

Daily Management

METHODOLOGY

  •  Divided in half days (6 interventions or 3 days)
  •  packed with tools and practices that can be applied the next day
  • works with “big picture” principles on one’s decisions but also with results orientation mindset 
  • the first 2 days are with tools and principles on how to manage : expectations, self, brain, task and others 
  • the 3rd day is about business tools from Project Management or task deployment / agile etc

OBJECTIVES

  • how to organize your day and instate daily routines
  • what are your pitfalls in your daily management – what are your strategies to overpass them 
  • manage your energy and time : how to work with your brain
  • manage your emotions – when to stop
  • manage relations : empathy but also saying no, negotiation limits, asking for help
  • manage task : priority vs impact
  • manage performance – principles in daily task management
